By design.
God created man first, by design. Men are called to initiate, protect, provide, and lead as spiritual heads of their families. Family is the foundational fabric of society, and it begins with men stepping fully into that calling. That is why we start here.
Yet no man can fulfill that calling alone. Women are equal heirs, uniquely created to complement, to strengthen, and to complete God's purpose.
We start with men because God did. When men rise to their calling, generations are impacted.

05 Founder
Isabel Sobczak
Founder & President
Born in Colombia, Isabel immigrated to the United States at thirteen and settled in New York City. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Bard College and a master's degree in education from Adelphi University.
Her professional journey spans the private, nonprofit, and education sectors — from litigation at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, to empowering microentrepreneurs through financial access and education at Acción New York, to five years as an educator in New York City public schools, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges facing young people.
Drawing on her perspective as a woman, mother, and leader across sectors, she founded MAN Foundation to address a critical gap: equipping young men with the tools, mindset, and mentorship to become the strong, courageous, God-fearing men their families and society need.
